Maintenance of completed works Narela Zone.Sub Head : Running, Maintenance and Operation of Clear Water Booster Pump Sets, Submersible Pump Sets and D.G Set at Pocket-2 Sector G2 and Pocket 3 Sector- G-8 (Pump Houses No. 1 and 2), Narela.; 1 Operation& Routine Maintenance of Clear Water Booster Pump Sets, Submersible Pump Sets and DG Set at Pocket-2 Sector G-2, Narela, as per as per Inventory attached. 2 Operation& Routine Maintenance of Clear Water Booster Pump Sets, Submersible Pump Sets and DG Set at Pocket-3 Sector G-8, Narela, Pump houses No. 1 and 2as per as per Inventory attached. 3 Lifting out of submersible pump set from existing bore well including dismantling the pipe line etc. as required. 4 Lowering of submersible pump set in existing bore well including making water proof joint connection ,testing etc. as required 5 Dismantling, repair and rewinding of submersible pumpset 6/7.5 HP 6 stage including complete testing & cartage to & fro etc. complete as required 6 Dismantling & repairing of 3 phase, 415 V induction motor i/c supply & replacement of suitabe ball bearing- 2Nos., connection plate, varnishing , cartage to & fro, painting reinstallation at site, testing etc complete as required. 7 30 HP 8 40 HP 9 50 HP 10 60 HP 11 75 HP 12 Dismantling, repair and rewinding of 3 phase, 415 V induction motor i/c supply & replacement of suitabe ball bearing- 2Nos., connection plate, varnishing , cartage to & fro, painting reinstallation at site, testing etc complete as required. 13 30 HP 14 40 HP 15 50 HP 16 Repairing, refixing and dismantling of water pump set suitable for following size motor i/c dismantling of impeller, shaft sleeve, ball bearing and supply & replacement of suitable ball bearing 2 Nos., remetaling of pump shaft including turning & grinding.
