    mtps i bm unit iii annual overhauling 2025 26 overhaul of esp ab and cd pass internals and related works- 1 Checking the rapping mechanisms both emitting and collecting replacing/Re-conditioning eroded tumbling hammers etc. 2 Charges for checking, replacing/re-conditioning worn out/bent shock bar guides both front and rear wherever necessary. 3 Charges for checking, replacing/re-conditioning worn out shock bar after providing necessary scaffolding arrangements 4 Charges for checking, replacing/re-conditioning of worn out pin wheel assembly. 5 Charges for checking, replacing /reconditioning of worn out plain bearing in CRM and ERM horizontal shafts etc. 6 Charges for renewal ofworn-out / deteriorated / damaged/fallen gas distribution screen plates from ESP primary and secondary side including the provision of scaffolding arrangements, cutting gas etc. 7 Charges for renewal / reconditioning of fallen Deflection plates over the primary / secondary screen plates. 8 Charges for providing hug bolt in the second collecting electrode to support shock bar and welding of bolt & nut including charges for bolt & nut. 9 Charges for cleaning the accumulated ash inside the ESP hoppers 10 Charges for replacing / reconditioning the worn out EERM shafts with structure, tumbling hammers, bush bearings with necessary scaffolding arrangements aligning the shafts plain bearings, bush bearings and tumbling hammers checking the rapping mechanisms both emitting and collecting replacing / reconditioning of eroded tumbling hammers. 11 Charges for Cutting & removing thedamaged bottom portion, fabrication & fixing the new plate for the collecting electrodes with fasteners. 12 Replacing of eroded/snapped Emitting electrodes 13 Inner arm Hammer assembly For CRM & ERM of ESP 14 Outer arm with hammer assembly for CRM of ESP 15 Plain bearing for ESP 16 Cutting gas 17 Welding Rod 18 Consumables and T & Ps
