wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit. 10.534 Providing and fixing GI Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing C wall angle of size 20x30x20mm made of 0.5mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34mm made of GI steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge: 10.537 With 15 mm thick tegular edged light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles. 10.538 Providing services & assitance for emergency works like VIP visits, Audit job requirements, during disaster drills, offsite & onsite mock drills, unplanned plant shutdowns & for purely labour oriented jobs, TPM visit related jobs, at debris yard to ensure orderly dumping, heavy monsoon plant emergency handling jobs, periodic flushing of drinking water network, dechocking of sanitary/plumbing networks, sanitary/plumbing related assistance services, board/poster fixing on walls, emergency assistance service to other departments as per urgent requirement of management etc. and any other jobs which are not covered under any other SOR items but essentially required for effective and smooth execution of other civil repair & maintenance jobs at site as per the direction & instruction of EIC. (Note : Unit EA refers to carry out the above activities for eight working hours a day excluding any break) 10.539 (I) Unskilled Nature 10.54 Providing locally available 1st class brick on edge linning in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) for slopes of trapizoidal ditches, in pavements etc laying in herring bond pattern with a course of full brick length at every 3 mtr. or in consonance with the drawing including dressing the slope of the ditches before lining, curing, scaffolding etc, complete for all length and depth.(cement free issue by IOCL) 10.541 Removal of creeper from fencing upto 3.50 m height including cleaning the bottom of fencing by cutting roots of unwanted shrubs etc complete including disposal as per direction of EIC 10.542 Cleaning of AC gutter, GI Gutter, RCC duct, rain water pipe, AC pipe etc. for all height including supply of all tools & tackles & disposal of waste materials to disposal yard as per direction of EIC. 10.543 Supplying and fixing 150mm dia PVC rain water pipes with holder bat clamps including fixing or embedding in brick or concrete wall, columns ,supplying and fixing with necessary socket,bend, Tee,Elbow etc and scaffolding for all height etc complete. 10.544 Repair of drinking water pipe lines, toilet fixtures, water taps, bib cock, stop cocks, pillar cock or any other plumbing fixtures etc complete with all labours, tools, tackles and small consumables like etc. 10.545 Providing and fixing rust proof expansion fasteners of approved manufacturer of expansion dowel and / or expansion sleeve type , at specified position in concrete floors , roof beams & columns etc.for all heights according to approved manufacturer specification using necessary tools specified by manufacturer & approved by the EIC , including nuts washers, and bolts , necessary scaffolding, drilling of the holes with electric drill ,scaffolding with all labour material complete of following sizes 10.546 (A) 8 mm dia bolts 10.547 (B) 12 mm dia bolts 10.548 Supplying and fixing in position approved quality and make 15 mm dia CP brass pillar cock of heavy grade / duty including connections etc complete. 10.549 Collection of all kinds of scrap steel materials like structural steel, reinforcement bars, pipes, rails, fabricated steel items, gates, fencing posts, manhole covers, or any other steel articles lying unclaimed inside plant area including loading, transportation and unloading in BRPL steel scrap yard etc complete as directed with supply of all labour, tools, tackles, equipments etc for collection, segregating , loading, unloading as directed by EIC. Payment shall be made on tonne basis for which unloaded and loaded trucks shall have to be brought to warehouse weighbridge for weighing. 10.55 Arranging cess pool van for sucking & empting out septic tank sluge & disposal at a distance in pit as directed by EIC. Payment will be made on per trip basis of capacity 3000 litres approx. 10.551 Providing EARTH EXCAVATOR (JCB) with driver & helper for variousmiscellaneous civil works viz. uprooting of big bushes, shifting &removal of debris removal of earth heaps, cleaning of road blocks ,excavation of earth any other work inside & out side Refinery includingcost of diesel and other consumables etc. complete as per the directionof Engineer-in-charge. 10.552 Trimming of trees of all sizes of girth including cutting of tree branches as per direction of EIC & disposal of cut branches in to disposal yard inside plant area. 10.553 P. Trap CI 100mm 10.554 Bottle Trap 32mm 10.555 Labour charges for collecting, removal and disposal of oily sludge/muck etc. in liquid semiliquid or in solid form or mixed together from any pit like outpit of tanks including pits made for tank cleaning, guard basins, oil separators etc. and / or sludge / muck collected from inside tanks including all loading, unloading transportation and disposal in melting pits and / or sludge pits or in disposal ground anywhere within owners premises and all lift, removing oil spillage during transporting by spreading sand, scraping the area etc. complete with all labour, tools and tackles, transport etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 10.556 RETRO REFLECTIVE SIGNAGE WORKS Providing and fixing RETRO REFLECTIVE signboard made out of 14SWG Aluminium sheet, face fully pasted with ENGINEERS GRADE retro reflective sheeting as per IRC-67-2001 along with letters, numerals, logo, symbols, boundary lines etc. as per colour scheme as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The backside of Al sheet to be grey stove enamel painted with proper clamp arrangements for fixing on structures, overhead structures etc. (Structural works to be paid separetly). Average spacing between two letters as per IRC-67-2001 10.557 Providing and installation of flex board of make LG/STAR with computerized printing of letters and figures including steel frame of ISA 50mm * 50mm * 5 mm thk or MS hollow pipe 1 inch dia all around the board and at 3 m centre to centre in case of bigger size board, all labour, tools and tackles complete. The rate includes providing flex board, printing, providing steel support structure, transportation of the material, fixing the board with wire, screws or J hooks as required at position, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.558 Supplying and fixing of fluorescent tape 10.559 Providing and fixing of Chicken Wire mesh of 12.5 mm opening size & 28 SWG including Fixing,labour,tools & tackles all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.56 design painting on all surface at all height with Luxol High Gloss synthetic enamel paint of M/s Berger Paints/ Apcolite of M/s Asian Paint/ Brolac of M/s J & N of any colours as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including lettering if required with all labour and material complete. 10.561 Providing & applying HERITAGE or approved equialant brand textured surface coating with lacquer finish in one coat over cement plastered surface including surface preparation , mixing , application , curing etc. all complete as per manufacturers instruction. Providing & appliying granular type surface coating of Extension grade of approved shade. 10.562 Pumping out of water including dewatering oily water mixed with muck / sludge etc. from foundation trenches, ponds, depressions etc. by contractors own pump with all labour, hoses, consumables, fuel etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: This item shall be operated only after getting the approval of the Engineer-in-charge. This item shall be included only when Dewatering/ Pumping out of water is not included in any other item. (This item pertains to only such pumping of water as is envisaged at the time of tendering and do not include those that need be covered under contractual risk). 10.563 From ponds, pits, trenches etc. where volume is not measurable. Note: Unit of measurement is H (hour) which shall be measured as number of hrs. of pump running per horse power (HP) of pump used. 10.564 Providing and bunding with sand filled bags for maintaining and diverting the flow of water, for arresting breaches or making bunds, protection walls etc. wherever required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including necessary collection and filling sand and stitching the bags, carting to site of work to any distance, keeping in position as directed, plugging holes, pading with all labour, materials, tools, plants etc. complete. 10.565 When sand is to be supplied by contractor. 10.566 Labour charges for fabricating & erecting structural steel work such as trusses, purlins, sagrods, bracings, gates or other miscellaneous fabrications in built-up section including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position, revetting, bolting and welding of joints from joists, angles, channels, flats, round bars, plates with all necessary labour & consumables like welding rods, gas and scaffoldings complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge (Only structural steel is to be supplied by IOCL free of cost). 10.567 Labour charges for in-situ welding of MS fittings and fixtures like stoppers, handles, stays, safety bars, hinges etc. to existing steel windows at various places (excluding the cost of fittings and fixtures). 10.568 Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A - Type and fittings conforming to IS : 13592-1992 with all necessary clamp nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc. if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materials (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc.) complete. 10.569 160 mm Dia. The distance between two consecutive vertical pipes shall be 2 Metre. c/c and the distance between two horizontal pipes shall be 1 Metre. c/c for front face of CGI sheet covering face of the scaffolding whereas distance in both the directions shall be 2 metre. for the back face of the scaffolding. The distance between two faces of double scaffolding shall be 4 Metre. and all the vertical pipes shall be inserted by 1 Metre. below the existing ground surface. The scaffolding pipes shall be connected firmly with each other through iron clamps, hooks etc. and the whole scaffolding work shall be stiffened by providing gunny-ropes, pegs etc. complete as per drawings, specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge to ensure the stability of the whole structure. Maintenance of the total scaffolding and stiffening works shall be done by the contractor till all the hot jobs are completed and for that regular and routine checking of clamps, hooks, tightening etc. shall be done by the Contractor as directed by Engineer-in-charge Measurement and payment of the item executed will be made on Sq. M area basis and this Sq. M area will be obtained by multiplying one longer edge of plan of the scaffolding work and its clear height above the ground surface. The Contractor shall demolish carefully all the scaffolding & stiffening materials after completion of all hot jobs and take back all the materials by him/them. 10.576 CGI Sheets Supplying the CGI sheets of not less than 22 gauges and approved make & quality (CGI sheets shall be supplied by the Contractor at his own cost) and transporting the same to worksite at Haldia Refinery and erecting and fixing the same in walls., vertical scaffoldings, roofs etc. by means of CGI J or L hooks, 8 mm diameter CGI Plain and bitumen washers etc. The fixing of CGI sheets with vertical and horizontal scaffoldings shall be well tight and 10 cm over lapping between any adjacent CGI sheets. The Contractor shall arrange for regular and routine checking of fittings, fixing fixtures of CGI sheets with the scaffoldings and shall also repair all the damages till the hot jobs for the proposed tanks are completed. The Contractor shall dismantle al the CGI Sheets carefully and take back the same by him/them after all the hot jobs are completed. Measurement & payment of this item shall be made against the net area of the work done. Note : After completion of hot job entire materials like CGI sheets scaffolding pipes, clamps etc. shall be taken out by the contractor. 10.577 Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore C.P brass portionat any height including hire charges of scaffolding and also mixing the compound with cement concrete in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer or decided by the Engineer-in-Charge all as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge with all labour and materials complete. 10.581 Removing of damaged floor/shelve topping area by chipping and chiseling thoroghly upto a thickness of 25mm without damaging base concrete of existing damaged floor topping including disposal of chipping materials upto a distance of 500M or as directed 10.582 Supplying SAFE CURE Barricading tape of length 250 m or equivalent as and when required basis as per direction of SIC/EIC. 10.583 Supplying UltraTarp PE of thickness 120 Gsm or equivalent as and when required basis as
