Scarifying metalled road surface including disposal of rubbish, up to all leads and lift.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge:-a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of material within all leads and lift :-a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in foot path and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement :4 Sand) :-a) Medium shade pigment using 50%white cement 50% Grey cement.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required:-a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :-a) One or more coats on old work.
