(L-2.50 Km) - Construction of embankment in ordianry soil with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-charge and as per Technical Speciation clause 301.3.4.1 with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 2 Providing , laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-0100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 BULK using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded mix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration gradebitumen or imulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on apreviously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of typeCas per Technical specification clause 508 5 Providing, and laying sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall usingtypeCas per Technical specification clause 510 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means . 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road with M-150 bricks 8 cm wide and 11.5 cm deep laid with mud mortar including cost of bricks all labour finished to be required template and in proper alignment T&P and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (SINo. 765) 8 Providing and fixing of Recto reflective steel sign board as per drawing design including writing of details as specified by Engineer in charge. including supply of all materials, labour T&P, cartage upto site complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I.(SOR Banda 2020-21) 9 Maintenance cost of 1st year cost of work 10 Maintenance cost of 2ndyear cost of work 11 Maintenance cost of 3rd year cost of work 12 Maintenance cost of 4th year cost of work 13 Maintenance cost of 5th year cost of work 14 Providing, Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density G-III 15 E/w in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (load, clay or sand etc.) 16 Class 150 brick work in 1 : 4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation 17 Laying C.C. on edging toewall 5cm thick consisting of 1 : 2 : 4 cement, coarse sand and approved 2 cm (1.5) guage stone ballast. SI no 4.11 18 Providing and laying ofcement conrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregte 40 mm nominal size ) including curing, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work.
