Decorative Fabricated light pole 7.5 mtr Ht. having weight Apx. 220.0Kgs. which is made out from various section of M.S. Pipes IS – 4923 : 1997 & IS 1239:2004 and cast iron casting grade FG – 150 as per IS – 210 – 2009. Pole means various pipe sectionassemble each other by weld as per the detail design & drawing, having base flange 450mm square with 4 Nos. of 24mm hole for foundation bolt base incl. ofDeco. Casting base, Deco. reducer piece, provision for fixing MCB’s or cutoutincl. ofinbuilt type junction box with open able cover having 180mm Square Section and emboss ofAuthorityLogo & Mfr. Year. Middle section of pole with Combination of 114mm& 89mm Dia pipe with Deco. Reducer & Bush suitable to fix Deco. Bracket. Mayurpankh with Bansuri Laser cut design aporx. size 600x600x4mm thick fix on both side of pole as shown in drawing/picture at appropriate height. Double arm Deco. Bracket with Laser cut Mayurpankh aprox. Size 350x350x4mm thick at top as similar to the shown in the drawing / picture. Double arm Bracket 75mm & nearly 48mm Dia of MS pipe weldwith Deco. L = 1.2mtr. Finish: Metallic finishing process as per The ISI Standard. all parts clean by SHOT Blasting Process. Pole shall be painted by UV protective Metallic finish / attractive antique looking paint ofgoldencolors with brown base as required to give it rich antique look. Color shall be of polyurethane type of paint to make pole attractive products.Includingcement cocret foundation size 600x600 mm and 1.2 mtr depth which cc m-20 grade (1:1.5:3) ratio and manual excavation, fixing of 4 no bolts and nuts including filling of pit with providingfor cable entry2 nos PVC Pipe sleve and fixing of mcb channel earthingh provissaion etc. bakelite sheet having 6A SP MCB and 16 sqmm stud type connector ( 4 nos) inside the pole at door opening for cable connection. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. as per desinged atteched.
