| 11 | 2. According to Rule 2(13) of RTPP Rules 2013, the rates quoted without valid consideration will not be valid |
| 12 | 3. If the rates of two or more bidders are equal. So in such a situation, the bidder whose total Turnover in the last 3 years is more will be declared L1 |
| 13 | 4. The Service charge will not be applicable on GST Temple Contribution, PF Temple Contribution & ESI Temple Contribution |
| 14 | 5. RTPP Act 2012 & RTPP Rules 2013 shall be applicable on this procurement |
| 15 | 6. After deducting only 12% PF and 0.75% (as per rules) ESI from the fixed wages of the employees by the Mandir Mandal, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in the bank account of the employees. The will Not be entitled to any other deduction. Threrefore, the rates should be quoted accordingly |
| 16 | Certified that I/We have read the instructions given in the tender documents. I/We undertake to supply the required categories and number of manpower. I/We have understood the contents of the terms and conditions and undertake to abide by the same as laid down in these documents |
