NOTE :

1. The bids Received without any service charges and less than 1.00% Charges will not beaccepted

2. According to Rule 2(13) of RTPP Rules 2013, the rates quoted without valid consideration will not be valid

3. If the rates of two or more bidders are equal. So in such a situation, the bidder whose total Turnover in the last 3 years is more will be declared L1

4. The Service charge will not be applicable on GST Temple Contribution, PF Temple Contribution & ESI Temple Contribution

5. RTPP Act 2012 & RTPP Rules 2013 shall be applicable on this procurement

6. After deducting only 12% PF and 0.75% (as per rules) ESI from the fixed wages of the employees by the Mandir Mandal, the remaining amount will have to be deposited in the bank account of the employees. The will Not be entitled to any other deduction. Threrefore, the rates should be quoted accordingly
