Tender For Repairing And Maintenance Of L/R From Hussainabad To Majara Hasuwa.(L-2.30 Km) - Construction of embankment in ordianry soil with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-charge and as per Technical Speciation clause 301.3.4.1 with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 2 Providing, Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density G-III 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of grangular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg using manual means. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 5 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 6 Providing and laying seal coat C Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall . 7 Supply & Laying of 350mm dia NP-3 class Hume Pipes in position and proper alignment including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 Providing and fixing of Recto reflective steel sign board as per drawing design including writing of details as specified by Engineer in charge. including supply of all materials, labour T&P, cartage upto site complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I. 9 Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by the E/I . All Kinds of soil..(DAR-2.1.1) 10 Providing and laying ofcement conrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 fine sand : 12 graded brick aggregte 40 mm nominal size ) including curing, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work. (PWD SI 273) 11 Brick Masonary work in cement mortar 1:4 in Foundation and Plinth complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification Clauses (DAR 6.1.1). 12 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 600 mm dia for culverts first class bedding of granular material including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and paracets clause . 13 Providing and laying ofcement conrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded brick aggregte 20 mm nominal size ) including curing, supply of all material, labour, T&P etc complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work. (DAR-4.1.3) 14 Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per technical specifications. (DAR 13.31.1) 15 Maintenance cost of 1st year work on Item No. 1 to 14 16 Maintenance cost of 2ndyearwork on Item No.1 to 14 17 Maintenance cost of 3rd yearwork on Item No. 1 to 14 18 Maintenance cost of 4th yearwork on Item No. 1 to 14 19 Maintenance cost of 5th year work on Item No. 1 to 14 20 E/w in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (load, clay or sand etc.) 21 Providing, Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density G-III 22 Class 150 brick work in 1 : 4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation 23 Laying C.C. on edging toewall 5cm thick consisting of 1 : 2 : 4 cement, coarse sand and approved 2 cm (1.5) guage stone ballast. SI no 4.11 24 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar in propotion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior rounded angles chamber and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grit finished even and smooth. 25 Providing and laying interlocking tiles 80 mm thick of approved quality finished to required template and in proper alingmentas directed by the Engineer in charge 26 Maintenance cost of 1st yearwork on Item No. 15 to 20 27 Maintenance cost of 2ndyearwork on Item No. 15 to 20 28 Maintenance cost of 3rd yearwork on Item No. 15 to 20 29 Maintenance cost of 4th yearwork on Item No. 15 to 20 30 Maintenance cost of 5th yearwork on Item No. 15 to 20
