(non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in foundation and plinth andsuperstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in 1:4 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 36 In foundation and Plinth 37 Superstructure above plinth level 38 Providing and Laying of cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded store aggregate 20mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 39 Reinforced Cement Concrete work in walls including attached platers, buttresses plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement in 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) above plinth level. 40 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as RCC work wrought to required shape as necessary including its bending and supply of steel, wastage, over lapping and hooks etc. complete required for proper completion of work. 41 M.S. angle iron chaukhat of 40mm X 40mm size supply and fixing including simple moulding straight work as in chaukhat and also supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 42 Supply and fixing of the Z-section MS window as per department drawing including supply and fitting of handle, locking arrangement etc. complete. 43 Mild Steel Iron Z section windows and ventilators excluding cost of glass panes of but including supply of all materials, its fabrication, nuts and bolts, holdfast, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and also including cost of handles, stays etc, in all respect at site of work. 44 Supply and fixing of 4mm thick glasss panels in panel of Z-section MS iron windows including supply of MS Clip and ISI mark putty etc. required for proper completion of the work. 45 12mm thick Plaster with cement, local sand mortar in 1:6 (over brick work with 3mm floating coat of neat cement including supply of all material, labour, etc. required for proper completion of work. From GL upto super structure. 46 Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of the work. 47 Distempering with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of the material, labour, T&P etc complete for proper completion of work. 48 As in above item but for every coat after first coat of subsequent coat.
