Tender For Construction Work Of Jain Crematorium Situated At Chilkana Road Saharanpur - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by E/I upto a distance of 30M from foundation trenches. SI .251a 2 Concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast,course sandand cement in proportion of 1:5:10 in foundation and under hoorsing all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. including cost of binding wire (SOR No 274+Diff in cost of ballast). 3 R.C.C. workwith cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone girt in proportion of1:1.5:3 in slab exluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire & including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all material, labour, t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire (S.I. NO-284a) 4 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD/TMT bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 5 M.S. or iron work in heavy sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 6 M-150 Brick work in1:4 cement & four coarse sandin foundation and plinth including supply of allmaterials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI-305(a) 7 M-150 Brick work in1:4 cement & four coarse sandin S/S including supply of allmaterials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI-309(a) 8 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sandmotar 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness plinth with cement and coarse sand.S.I.no-584(a) 9 Cement Concrete with 2cm, guage approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work. Sheet shall be fixed on the M.S. Frame including one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coats of apporved superior quality ready mixed paint on the whole structure and also painting letters on M.S. Sheet firmly fixed to the ground with 15 grade cement concrete 45X45X60cm B.G.L. Complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A.R.)
