Tender For Providing Erecting & Commissioning Of Tower Ac & Ductable Ac Machines For 12Th Floor (Unit No. 1201) In Express Tower Office, Mumbai. - 2Nd Call - Air Conditioners (AP-AC) 2 Supplying ,installing , testing and commissioning tower type room AC unit of 3.5TR to 3.9TR capacity suitable to operate on 415V, 50 Hz, A.C. supply having 1 no AHU and 1 no cabinet type floor mounting type condensing unit with refrigerant R32/410A & copper condenser coil with anticorrosive fins copper condenser, hydrophilic evaporator fins powder coated outer body, with scroll/rotary compressor connected with provided refrigerant pipes, electric cables and drain pipe. 3 VRV/VRF Air conditioning 4 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRV/VRF based floor mount type vertical, room/indoor unit (IDU) having nominal cooling capacity of 5.0TR (1624 cfm) having EER as per BEE standards and specifications with evaporator fan with motor, copper tube aluminium fin evaporator coil, washable air filter, insulated drain tray, in built drain pump, expansion device, cordless remote control with necessary controls and electrical terminal to receive power supply, etc. IDU shall have anti-corrosive coating suitable for costal area with decorative slim dimension with an electronic control console, additional refrigerant and oil charge as per requirement during installation complete. 5 supplying, laying/fixing, testing and commissioning of appropriate nominal refrigerant copper pipe of 19.1mm dia (OD) for liquid line/suction line supply and return piping of suitable gauge (hard copper pipe for liquid main line and soft copper pipe for refrigerant) along with necessary supports, hangers, clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees, valves, gauges, strainers with insulation of 19 mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber along with application of multicoating of VRV/VRF piping for protection against mechanical damages, fungal growth, flame spread, water permeance and ultra violet radiations with OEM standards of VRV/VRF air conditioning system complete. 6 supplying, laying/fixing, testing and commissioning of appropriate nominal refrigerant copper pipe of 22.2mm dia (OD) for liquid line/suction line supply and return piping of suitable gauge (hard copper pipe for liquid main line and soft copper pipe for refrigerant) along with necessary supports, hangers, clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees, valves, gauges, strainers with insulation of 19mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber along with application of multicoating of VRV/VRF piping for protection against mechanical damages, fungal growth, flame spread, water permeance and ultra violet radiation with OEM standards of VRV/VRF air conditioning system complete. 7 Carrying out core cutting of size 3 to 5 dia x 15 length in the C.C./rock/stone wall with the help of specialized core cutting machine in proper manner and finishing the site as original. 8 Supplying and erecting circular flexible/rigid PVC pipe duct of size 40mm dia, 4mm thickness with required couplers, reducers, T-joints, Y-joints elbows and necessary supports etc. with sealing with provided control/air flow regulating valves/dampers, filters at position complete. 9 LT Cables (Copper) (CB-LT/CU) 10 Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel formed wire armoured (strip) cable 1100 V, 4 core 10 sq. mm. copper conductor complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/ pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/CU 11 Supplying, erecting & terminating FR XLPE insulated, galvanised steel wire armoured (round) cable 1100 V, 4 core 4 sq. mm. copper conductor complete erected with glands & lugs, on wall/ trusses/ pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe as per specification no. CB-LT/CU 12 RCCB / RCBO (SW-RCCB/RCBO) 13 Supplying, erecting & commissioning 4 pole RCCB 63A, electromagnetic type with 30/100/300 mA sensitivity with earth leakage trip indication complete as per specification no. SW-RCCB. 14 Supplying, erecting & commissioning 4 pole RCCB 40A, electromagnetic type with 30/100/300 mA sensitivity with earth leakage trip indication complete as per specification no. SW-RCCB. 15 Accessories 16 Supplying and erecting copper strip of required size used for earthing on wall and/or any other purpose with necessary copper clamps fixed on wall painted with insulating and non-corrosive bond with required joints as per specification no. EA-EP. 17 Dismantling flat wooden or A.C. Sheet ceiling with frame work including stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete. 18 Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 milimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 milimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 milimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete. 19 Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to new surface in three coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding primer coat) etc. complete. 20 Providing and fixing trap door in the Gypsum board / POP ceiling system for elecrical and mechanical utilities with 18mm thk. plywood shutter and 12mm thk. teak wood lipping all around including wooden / G.I. frame with supports, fixtures, fastenings etc. complete as directed. 21 Sheets (CP-SS) 22 Supplying and erecting iron work, sheet metal work consisting of MS sheets, various sections of iron, plates, chequered plates, rods, bars, MS pipes, etc. for panel board or any other purpose with bending, cutting, drilling and welding complete erected at the position with necessary materials duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paint to match the switchgears or as per directions by the site engineer. 23 Supplying, erecting, testing & commisioning marine (Waterproof) plywood 18/19 mm thick fixed to wall or on provided panel board with necessary materials such as screws, wall fasteners, supports, nut bolts etc. complete with compliance to IS 720:2010 as per specification no. CP/SH/CR 24 Plate, Pipe type Earthing (EA-EP) 25 Supplying, installing and testing earthing with copper earth plate size 60 x 60 x 0.315 cm with funnel with a wire mesh for watering and brick masonry block C.l. cover with minimum 25 kg Carbon based environment friendly back fill ground ehancing compound complete with all accesories of copper materials & recording the results as per specification no EA-EP/EF 26 Providing & fixing in position approved make colour & shade frost film on glass complete as per direction of manufacturer & instruction of Engineer - in - Charge.
