Tender For Maintenance Of Old And Used 33 Kv All Make Vcb And Crp Available At Different Store Center In Dvvnl - Loading Carriage and unloading of Pole for 33 KV VCB 2 Dismentalling of damaged VCB by opening connection and downing/lifting it with the help of Hydra. 3 Supply and fixing of 24 volt DC closing point for all make 33 KV VCB. 4 Supply and fixing of 24 volt DC Tripping point for all make 33 KV VCB. 5 Supply and fixing of TNC Switch for all make 33 KV VCB. 6 Supply and fixing of L & R Switch for all make 33 KV VCB. 7 Supply and fixing of NT Pumping connector for all make 33 KV VCB. 8 Supply and fixing of auxiliary Contact for all make 33 KV VCB. 9 Overhauling of 33 KV VCB including oiling & Greasing of all Mechanical moving part including pole mechanism and refixing them in proper alignment after due checking all electrical Circuits & testing (This Activity also include Replacement of Damaged pole & vaccume Interrupter, ifrequired, pole & Interrupter will be provided by store) 10 Replacement of all make single phase Spring Charging motor of 33 KV VCB 11 Replacement of Damaged/Burnt double pole MCB 20 Amp. 12 Overhauling Rewiring and Electrical Testing of 36 KV single circuit C & R Panel. Work including replacement of damaged/burnt internal wiring and properly tracing and dressing of control wiring. 13 Overhauling and Electrical Testing of 36 KV Double circuit C & R Panel. Work including replacement of damaged /burnt internal wiring and properly tracing and dressing of control wiring. 14 Supply and fixing of TNC Switch for CRP Panel 15 Providing and fixing of three element 24 v dc Auxilliary relay for Buchholz relay, WTI , OTIfor 33 kV/11 KV Power Transformer Protection.Work including Proper Wiring and testing. 16 Providing and fixing of master trip relay (86 relay) according to C&R panel . Work including proper testing and alignment of relay at C&R panel. 17 Fixing of Over Current Earth Foult Relay.Work Including Proper Cutting ,Fixing and Wiring of Relay.(Relay will provided By Department) 18 Providing and fixing of 24 V dc Indication Lamps,Fuse Base and Push Button. 19 Providing and fixing of 24V DC Hootar. 20 Providing and fixing of Electronics 240 V AC aux Supply Ammeter. 21 Providing and fixing of Electronics 240 V AC aux Supply 33 kV Voltmeter. . 22 Providing and fixing of Ameter Selecter Switch 23 Providing and fixing of Voltmeter Selecter Switch 24 Providing and fixing double pole MCB 20 Amp.
