Tender For Providing and installation of 250 mm dia. footvalve along with MS suction pipes 250 mm dia. at LIS Rathua -- 1 Providing and installation of 250 mm dia. footvalve along with MS suction pipes 250 mm dia. at LIS Rathua 2 Modifying the suction line by way of dismantling of the existing old 200mm dia. MS pipe of unit no.2by way of providing and fitting of new MS pipes 250mm dia. respectively of length approx. 19mtrs as per site conditions with compatible flanges of the pump and new set of nuts and bolts for making connections. The job includes dismantling of old suction pipes by means of welding set/gas cutting equipment and manual labour. Extraction of the suction pipes from the pump room walls where they are anchored. The extracted pipes are then to be shifted to a suitable stacking place away from the working area. The job includes fabrication of suitable no. of bends as per site conditions for 250mm dia. pipes of suitable length and then fitting these bends at suction end of the pump by providing and fitting of 250mm dia. flanges. The job also includes fabrication of suction line with the help of welding works by providing and fabrication of suitable no. of 250mm dia. flanges approx.12no.s along with rubber sheet as per requirement. Proper alignment of suction pipe with the installed pumping unit-2 at site. The job also includes providing/fitting of 1no. new foot valve of 250mm dia. of reputed make conforming to IS standards for pumping unit no.2 by providing and fabrication of the flanges at suction end of pumping unit. Thickness of the M.S pipe should be 6mm and of reputed make. The job includes providing/fitting of suitable expander/reducer and suitable no. of flanges which may vary as per site requirement for properly connecting the end of suction pipe. The firm should quote rebate on old damaged pipes. The job further includes shifting of the old dismantled pump set etc. from LIS Rathua to the divisional stores of MID Jammu by employing hydraulic crane/manual labour. The job also include providing of new rubber sheets, nuts and bolts for installation of M.S flangesand foot valve on the suction line. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, hiring charge of welding set and any other tools and tackles required for executing the job and labour charges at site.Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
