Supplying and fixing 25 mm thick panelling using seasoned and treated softwood (Pine or equivalent), fixed over a wooden base framework of size 75 mm × 50 mm placed at 600 mm centre-to-centre spacing in both horizontal and vertical directions. The panelling shall be installed with groove joints as per standard specifications and best practices.All fittings and fixings shall be done using galvanized or stainless-steel nails, screws, and suitable adhesives. Proper sealant shall be applied at all openings, corners, and edges to ensure a neat finish and to prevent moisture ingress. The work shall be completed in line with the approved design, drawings, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
