Tender For Renewal Of Metal Road On Left Bank Of Dariyabad Branch From Km 61.900 To Km 63.580 - Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method withrotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45.00 TO 63.00 MM to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3. 4 Providing and appling primer coat with bitumem emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 5 Providing and appling tack coat with bitumen VG-30 using bitumen pressor sprayer at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer or previously painted surface and cleaned with hydraulic broom. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-30) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type B. 7 Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type c. 8 Earth work in shoulders outer slope for filling rain cuts, cattle cuts of bank with all lifts and leads,including cost of all material labour and T&P etc for completion of work.
