    supply of High Dose Rate Brachytherapy Machine With Source , Radiotherapy Department High Dose Rate Brachytherapy Machine With Source , High Dose Rate Brachytherapy System Along With 1) Cobalt 60/Ir-192 Source Supply For 15 Years 2) Turnkey Work 3) Five Year Guarantee 4) Decommissioning Work Existing Hdr Brachytherapy Unit With Export Of Decayed Source (Including All Expenditure) 5) All Other Remaining Mentioned Items Like C-Arm, Ot Table Etc. , Taxes , Gst (In Amount) , Camc Shall Be Given After 05 Year Warranty Period For 10 Year @ 4% Of The Net Rate (Excluding Gst As Applicable) And Yearly Escalation Of 5% On Last Years Camc Price Will Be Considered.
