Sh: Comprehensive Maintenance Of 1 No. 13 Passenger Liftat Geeta Colonycommunity Hall For Three Years.; 1 1.0) Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of 1 No. 13 passenger lift installed at Geeta colony community hall alongwith all accessories and control equipments with 4 nos. landings/openings i.e. (G+3) floor at a1/0 m/s rated speedwhich includes routine, preventive & break down maintenance for a period of three year including repair/replacement of worn out items i/c electrical,electronic parts of all kinds including ARD battery movable,immovable/metal or platic parts for proper functining of lift etc. with minimum downtime period, warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced itemsas per additional terms & conditions enclosed . 2 1.1) For 1st year comprehensive maintenance contract. 3 1.2) For 2nd year comprehensive maintenance contract. 4 1.3)For 3rdyear comprehensive maintenance contract.
