GENERAL-AM-2025-26,MADAMBAM RCB-ANNUAL MAINTENANCE TO MADAMBAM RCB AT MADAMBAM IN SREEKANDAPURAM MUNCIPALITY,IRRIKKUR LA,KANNUR DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 2025-26-General Civil Work--- 1 APPENDIX A- Operation and Maintenance of Mechanical components 2 OD9604/2025-2026:Check condition of wire ropes and rope sockets, Observe balancing of Gate and adjust if necessary. Apply cardium compound to wire ropes to the required level as per instruction of departmental officials at site. Data for 1 shutter 3 APPENDIX B-Removal of wooden logs and floating bodies in the u/s of RCB 4 OD9609/2025-2026:Engaging divers for removal of wooden logs, floating materials etc at upstream side of regulator shutters as per direction of the departmental officers at site. 5 OD9608/2025-2026:Engaging skilled labourers (Man Mazdoor) for assisting divers for removal of wooden logs, floating materials etc at upstream side of regulator shutters as per direction of the departmental officers at site. 6 OD9605/2025-2026:Engaging wood cutter (first class ) for removing blockages by cutting trees, bamboos etc which trapped in the vents of regulator including safety measures such as gum boots, glows etc.. 7 OD9606/2025-2026:Engaging second class boat for removing obstackles if any including labour charges for boat driver etc including all incidental charges etc complete. 8 OD9607/2025-2026:Hire charges for machine saw including fuel and oil but excluding operator.
