Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications.A By Sensor Paver.

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat with bitumen emulsion, 20 mm thick pre-mix carpet using catonic bitumen emulsion @ 21.5 kg per 10 sqm and seal coat type B with bitumen emulsion @ 10kg per 10 sqm as per technical specification and compact-ing with three wheeled 80-100 kN Static Roller.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion or prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 to 1.20 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications.(i) @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity, finished to required level and grades all complete as per clause 510 of specification. (i) Case - I: Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen VG 30 and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tones/hour.

Providing and laying seal coat, sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats, all complete as per clause 511 of Specification.(ii) Case - II: Type B (Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat using HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping (aggregate shall pass 2.36mm sieve and retained to 180 micron sieve) and penetration bitumen VG 30 of suitable grade all complete as per clause 511 of specification.

Construction of Shoulders with approved material/selected soil i/cexcavation all lifts & leads i/c grading to required slope & camberof 4% and compacting on OMC using vibratory roller of 80 to 100kN static weight. Field compaction shall be done in correspondinglayers of carriage way thickness and meet the requirements ofMDD to achieve compaction (98% -100%) as per relevant clauseof 408. A Hard Shoulders (CBR value >12)
