Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, MORT&H-401

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

MS (Tor steel or plain) work in plain work such as RCC or RB work including St.No.504 bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire (108x0.781/100=0.843)

Supply and fixing of 80 mm thick I shaped rubber moulded cement grey/ordinary red inter locking cement concrete paver blocks confirming IS:15658/2006 of approved shape manufactured by high pressure and control vibration machine having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thick topping of O.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 MPa (M-30) including levelling & dressing of surface up to required level and slopes filling joints with local sand including cost of material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work as directed by E/l and as per approved specifications.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
