repair maintenance of Substation Equipments Including Set And Compound Light For Resdl And Non Resdl Building At Nsti Jaipur Sh supply installation testing commissioning Of 250 Lph Ro Plant --1 Supplying &Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. 1.1 4 X 10 sq. mm 2 Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 2.1 4 X 10 sq. mm (25mm) 3 Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator). 3.1 4 way (4 + 12), Double door 4 Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 4.1 100 A 5 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 5.1 Triple pole 6 Supplying Installation, testing & commissioning of RO system capacity of 250 LPH designed for purification/ treatment of raw water in the TDS range of 500-2000 PPM, completely assembled/ prewired, prepiped and it should be easy for operation and having auto start/stop operation based on water level in the storage tank, frame should be of stainless steel and should be aesthetically designed. Recovery of pure water should be > 60% & having monitoring panel for showing TDS, power on and no water indication etc. It should have all required stage/process, UV and other various filters and other updated technology for proper supply of drinking water. The agency should make arrangement for auto start/stop based on raw water supply availability including connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 7 Comprehensive maintenance & servicing of RO system complete including repair/ replacement of all defective parts of RO filters and RO membrane and pump etc. ( as per OEM standard) i/c attending complaints during any fault and rectify the same immediately for healthy functionality of RO plant as required. Preventive maintenance should be carried out as per quarterly basis and complaints should be attend as per requirement (For 2 Nos. of RO Plant of 250LPH) 7.1 for One Year
