Tender For Annual Comprehensive Maintenance For 3X80 Tr Chillar Plant At 19 Wing Under Ge(Af) Borjhar; 1 M&L for annual preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Air Cooled Chiller Plant (3 X 80 TR) capacity with refrigerant R-407C (Make - Voltas Limited) forfollowing plants/ equipments, control panel of chiller plant . 2 S&F moulded case circuit breaker 320 to 400 Amps 415 Volts 3 Pole(TP) (with thermal magnetic release),3 pole 50 KA breaking capacity, Ics=100% Icu, adjustable overload settings 0.8 - 1.0 x In, adjustable short circuit settings 6 - 10 x In after disconnecting all electrical connection incl. taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed. as per excisting size & make. 3 S&F moulded case circuit breaker 32 Amps 415 Volts 3 Pole (with thermal magnetic release),3 pole 50 KA breaking capacity, Ics=100% Icu, adjustable overload settings 0.8 - 1.0 x In, adjustable short circuit settings 6 - 10 x In after disconnecting all electrical connection incl. taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed. as per excisting size & make. 4 M&L for DOL starter in Sheet steel housing, three phase 415 Volt 50 Hz for Centrifugal pump of capacity 5/7.5 HP, 5.5KW Relay range - 9 to 15 Amps incl Birelay with Single Phase Preventor all as directed. as per excisting size & make. 5 S&F Automatic star -delta starter fully outomatic with single phase & reverse phase preventer and sheet metal enclosure, three phase 415 Volt 50 Hz for submersible pump of capacity 10HP,Relay range -14-23 Amps incl complete all as directed. as per excisting size & make. 6 S&F moulded case circuit breaker 250 Amps 415 Volts 3 Pole & Neutral(FP) (with thermal magnetic release),4 pole 50 KA breaking capacity, Ics=100% Icu, adjustable overload settings 0.8 - 1.0 x In, adjustable short circuit settings 6 - 10 x In after disconnecting all electrical connection incl. taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed. as per excisting size & make. 7 S&F moulded case circuit breaker 320 to 400 Amps 415 Volts 3 Pole & Neutral(FP) (with thermal magnetic release),4 pole 50 KA breaking capacity, Ics=100% Icu, adjustable overload settings 0.8 - 1.0 x In, adjustable short circuit settings 6 - 10 x In after disconnecting all electrical connection incl. taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and directed. as per excisting size & make. 8 M&L for writing of SM No /MES No, figures, index arrows etc not exc 40 mm in height on LT Panel or any other specified location complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for painting of Panel Board or any other plant or equipments by two coat of enamel paint after treating old painted surfaces complete al as specified and directed. 10 S&F,including fabrication installation of glow sign board made out of ACP sheet of size 4x3 fitted with the help of supporting clamps /nuts & bolts fitted to stainless steel tubing 50 mm dia light grade ,all around the Acp Sheet . Name of the insatallation /Location to be written on the both side of the ACP Sheet with stencieles of good quality .The height of the board will be 4from ground level to bottom of ACP Sheet and 1.5 for fixing below ground level (so the total height is 3+4=1.5=8.5) and inclusive necessary excavation /PCC all as directed by Engr-in-charge .(Sample board is available with AGE E/M Office )Note:- Approval of each sign board shall be taken by the contractor befor fabrication from Engr-in -charge. 11 M&L for fabrication of ACP Sheet 3mm of size 1.5x2 for writting with stencils such as history of machines ,manufacturers name ,Srl No ,date of Installation ,SM no /MES No /Machine No All as directed by Engr - in -charge.Note:- For each board,specimen shall be provided by MES Executive duly approved by Engr-in-charge. 12 M&L for fabrication of ACP Sheet 3mm thick of size not less than 3x2 showing working methodology of chillar plant in Schematic line diagram,showing chiller plant/Hot water pump /chiller water pump/controlpanel etc for displaying on wall /stand.Before fabrication approval of Engr-in Charge to be taken
