Tender For Provision Of Road At Nagrota Mil Stn Under Ge (P) Nagrota.; 1 Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 21cm deep and getting out in any type of soil. 2 Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point where directed. 3 Rolling over formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for soling (or sub Base) 150mm thickness, with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge 5 M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers @75mm thick each layer with limestone, sandstone, flint or quartzite coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 30mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge 6 M&L applying evenly a priming coat with VG-10 paving bitumen conforming to IS Code:8887 @10 Kg/10Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 40 mm) using mechanical paver with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weightof total mix laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and vibratatory roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. 8 Hot thermo plastic imported road marking material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm 75% spterical with indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformation and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in widthn.exc 15cm & 2.5mm thick strip in white colour according to IRC 35-1970, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be Make : ASIAN/STP Ltd. 9 M&L for painting lines, dashes arrows letter etc on road pavement and the like n exc 10 cm width with thermoplastic road marking paint white or golden yellow including sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100m x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 fixed and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directedMake:- Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar 11 Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,0000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar 12 S&F Solar road cat eye of size 125x125x25mm made of aluminium alloy, solar powered by ninocrystal solar panel, with one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (Red, Amber, Green) wih view distance 1Km, LEDs-10mm, 03 pieces on one side and total of 6 pieces for high brightness on two sides complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar 13 S&F for dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having 3 round plastic ABS strip containing 31x2 = 62 mini retro reflective glass beads, colour white/yellow having a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 1200mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar 14 Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yeelow refector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector proeteciton inclduing embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Dark Eye or equivalent in Sinor/Greenlite/Oscar 15 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), incuding making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 16 Continuous brick edging; with burnt clay bricks of sub class B width equal to the width of the brick; laid on end at the required angle complete all as specified and directed by Egnr-in-Charge
