Tatkal booking may also be required on emergency. Total nos. of Artiste/ Guests may be change on urgent basis. All tickets has to be confirmed on urgent basis and name of the Artistes also may change at last minute of the programme including local transportation. 91 Transportation / movement of Musician by AC Car/ Train (3Ac) facilities from Kolkata to the venue & return AC Vehicles to receive the musician from their house to the railway station of Kolkata & same from Station of the destination station to the programme Confirmation of musician maybe at last time Tatkal booking may also be required on emergency. Total nos. of musician may be change on urgent basis. All tickets has to be confirmed on urgent basis and name of the musician also may change at last minute of the programme including local transportation. 92 Transportation / movement of Officials by AC Car/ Train (2Ac) facilities from Kolkata to the venue & return Luxury AC Vehicles to receive the officials from their house to the railway stationof Kolkata & same from Station of the destination station. Tatkal booking may also be required on emergency. Total nos. of officials may be changed on urgent basis. All tickets has to be confirmed on urgent basis and name of the Officials also may change at last minute of the programme including local transportation. 93 Attache for artist (for 6 artists 3 days) 94 STALL for 3 days : 95 10x10 Iron structure with temporary shade octanum stall, platform, carpet on floor, 2 exhibition chair, 2 exhibition table, sufficient light, 2 nos 15 AMP power board 96 100x10 Iron structure with temporary shadeexhibition area with octanum, platform, carpet, top back side musking, front facia, leg, faciaside with thematic & special illumination 97 Thematic stall with asthetic design (size: 8x8), look & feel, installation, thematic illumination with samiyana on roof 98 Digital outreach as a Promotional Campaign in Social Media 99 Charges for concept designing, strategic management (audience segmentation; detailed demographic targetting; identification of potential audience/ viewers etc.) and supervision/ monitoringof whole campaign by competent personnel. 100 Customization/creation of suitable number of contents (visuals/ reels/ stories etc.) as per instruction of Department for different social media with required camera, drone, light & sound. Direction with proper skilled set-up/ man-power, composing & editing of files/content with proper background sound & colour correction for the event/ programme having three days duration in South Bengal districts (Department reserves the right to fix the number of content as per actual requirement and nature of event. Selected bidder will be binding to execute the work on the basis of lowest discovered rate) 101 Boosting (technical and strategic initiative for improvement of viewership) of posts/ contents in social media viz. Facebook, Instagram, X, Youtube and other social media prior to the event/ during the event/ after completion of the event as per instruction of I & C.A. Deptt. (authenticated transaction receipt is to be furnished being charge of boosting; payment will be made on actual basis). Boosting work is to be done maintaining close liaison with Nodal Officer of the event. Department may issue instruction to continue the boosting work at any stage in respect of the event after tracking performance of boosting. 102 Govt. taxes 103 Including all Govt. taxes
