Tender For Provn Of Electric Geysers In Certain Smqs At Af Stn Bhuj; 1 Supply & fixing including testing of storage type water heater/Geyser of vertical type of capacity 25 Ltr, rated 2000W,230V, 50Hz auto cutoff with a high tech adjustable thermostat,multifuction saftey valve, magnesium anode coated heating element, rust proof external body with unique polymer protective coated inner tank, red and green indicator lamp, suitable for highrise building suitable for water pressure head upto 8 bars star rating (BEE): -5 star,high density & thick PUF that ensures energy efficiency and reduced electricity bills ,15 Amps heavy duty plug complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-The rate quoated shall be in including hanging of Geyser in wall with 2/4 nos of stainless steel fastner of suitable size no extra payment will be allowed to contractor in this regard. 2 Supply & fixing CPVC pipes 20mm dia SDR-11 & plain CPVC SDR-11 with all fittings on wall/ceiling or laying in floor/wall complete with proper steel saddling of half meter apart of each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Supply & fixingquarter turn bib taps flange,fancy type,cast brass cast brass alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed with chrome finish crutch or butterfly handle ,screwed down ,screwed for iron pipe/CPVC pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for size 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Supply & fixing quarter turn angle cock with flange 15 mm dia cast brass with chrome finish plate screwed down high pressure,fancy type,with long shank and cup(connected type),screwed both ends for iron pipe/CPVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Supply & fixing Geyser PVC connection hot & cold 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply & fix in replacement double door sheet metal enclosures factory made DBsprotection class IP-43, suitable for fixing of MCBs, isolators etc, confirming to IS 13032 single pole and neutral 8 ways with 200 Amp rated bus bar 240 volts powder coated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply & fixMCB SPN of 240 volts 40 Amps capacity, C series, 10 KAin existing distribution board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply & fixMCB SP of 240 volts 5-40 Amps capacity, C series, 10 KAin existing distribution board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply & fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 20 Ampscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Material & labour for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 4.0 Sqmm single core, copper conductor drawn through PVC casing capping and 4.0 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wirewill be measured & paid as one unit)
