Maintenance dredging/silt clearanceat entrance channel at Agatti using floating grab dredger and disposing of the silted materials using hopper barge, including providing suitable boat for towing the hopper barge from dredging sport to dumping spot beyond the lagoon and disposing of dredged materials at mid-stream, or anchor the barge at alongside of jetty for transporting the sand to departmental stack yard, and then towing back the hopper barge to the dredging location excluding the cost of hire charges of hopper barge, dredger with operator which will be provided by the department on free of cost, for dredging/silt clearancebut including cost of all labour, hire charges of towing boat, cost of POL for operation of dredger and periodical minor repairs and maintenance of hopper barge/ dredger such as changing of rope, hooks etc. as and when required, cost of other minor tools & plants etc. complete.
