Tender For Fabrication Of Dustbins At Various Location Of Nit Delhi; 1 Supply, fabrication, and installation of customized three-compartment dustbin units, each compartment having an individual top opening for waste disposal. The structure shall be made of high-quality stainless steel (SS 316 grade,18 guage) with an internal capacity of 150 liters per compartment (Size of compartment 0.45mx0.45mx0.90m), including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete. The dustbin shall be segregated into the following clearly marked sections for waste management, as per the attached reference image Left compartment (Red) – Bottles/Cans (Dry Waste) Middle compartment (Green) – Compost (Wet Waste) Right compartment (Yellow/Orange) – Paper (Dry Waste) Each compartment shall have a stainless-steel hinged front door with lockable provision and hooks for easy provision and replacement of waste liners. The top shall be fitted with a curved protective durable, weather-resistant ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) sheet in matching color code for each category, designed to prevent rainwater ingress. Waste category labels with appropriate colours, icons, and text shall be laminated and fixed on each compartment front, following SWM (Solid Waste Management) colour coding guidelines etc. all complete as required and as per photograph eclosed in Section 10 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 3 All kinds of soil 4 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 7 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 8 Sub Total on DSR Item 9 Modification Factor on DSR Item@0.973 10 Total MR Item sr no 1
