Test of DG set shall be carried out for 12 Hrs. 16 M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel perforated pipe electrode 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 meters length, buried directly in ground preferably verticle with top edge of the plate not less than 1.25 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel other end connected to earthing test/equipment and protected by 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from test point to earthing test point/equipment fixed and perforated water pipe of 20mm bore GI medium grade of length 2.25 meter and top with socket & pluga nd bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washer.PCC Chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type b-1 and 40 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B0 cover with 40mm x40mm x3mmm MS nagle iron frame, excvation & earthwork complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.Notes:(i) GI strip upto earth test point/equipment is included in this item.(ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 meter away from the outer edge of PCC chamber(iii) Minimum wieght of reinforcement shall be 1kg for each earth pit cover. 17 Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade having cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1998) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade having cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1998) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 19 Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade having cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1998) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 Supply, jointing and testing in replacement of heat shrinkable type outdoor termination jointing kit, suitable for cable size up to 150 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 Volts aluminium conductor including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Supply, jointing and testing in replacement of heat shrinkable type outdoor termination jointing kit, suitable for cable size up to 240 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core , 1100 Volts aluminium conductor including making connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 22 Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth,not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, strut, stays, joints orlaying underground cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out old brick or precast cable cover completecomplete all as specified and as directed. 23 Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 25 Supply & fixing HDPE DWC pipe of outer dia 110mm and inner dia 95 mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. 26 Supply and laying forGI pipe light grade 100mm bore (ISI Marked) laid in trenches/ road crossing/ fixed to poles/walls/path / drains /floors with all fittings such as clamps, nut bolts and washers etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply and laying forGI pipe light grade 80mm bore (ISI Marked) laid in trenches/ road crossing/ fixed to poles/walls/path / drains /floors with all fittings such as clamps, nut bolts and washers etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.
