    Supply Of Deluge System Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement Of Materials And Bought Out Components, For Supply Of Deluge System As Per Material Requisition For Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Golaghat, Assam, India , Each Deluge Skid Shall Consist Of The Following In Line With Deluge Valve Schematic Pid (Tp-1P30a-Sa-Pid-0041_C2) & Deluge Valve Skid Pids, But Not Limited To, As Per Material Requisition: A) Deluge Skid (Dv-Skid-01, Dv-Skid-02, Dv-Skid-03, Dv-Skid-04,Dv-Skid-05, Dv-Skid-06 & Dv-Skid-07 - Total 7 Nos) B) Medium Velocity Water Spray Nozzles C) Water Curtain Spray Nozzles D) Quartzoid Bulb Detectors E) High Velocity Spray Nozzles , Per Diem Rate For Training Charges As Per Details Mentioned In Material Requisition For Quoted Items , Per Diem Unit Rate For Supervision Sevices Of Erection And Commissioning / Performance Testing As Per Details Mentioned In Material Requisition For Quoted Items As Per Enclosed Instructions To Vendor Per Diem Charges Upto 8 Hrs On Normal Working Days. ( Bidders To Quoteunit Rate For Diem Charges ) Note : Same Rate Shall Be Applicable For Expert Visit For Post-Performance Testing Period. , Per Diem Unit Rate Forsupervision Sevices Of Erection And Commissioning / Performance Testing As Per Details Mentioned In Material Requisition For Quoted Items As Per Enclosed Instructions To Vendor Overtime Rate Per Hour (Beyond Normal 8 Hours On Normal Working Days). ( Bidders To Quote Over Timerate Per Hour ) , Per Diem Unit Rate Forsupervision Sevices Of Erection And Commissioning / Performance Testing As Per Details Mentioned In Material Requisition For Quoted Items As Per Enclosed Instructions To Vendor Overtime Rate Per Hour For Work On Weekly Off Days / Holidays (As Applicable To Refinery Site).
