Tender For Repairs To Road At Af Stn Wadsar; 1 M&L Preparation of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove allloose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for preparing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a premix/tack coat of paving bitumen grade VG-10 at the rate of 05 Kg per 10 Sqm on road surfaces by sprayer, operated on hot pressure mechanism, providng and laying spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of Premix Bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete as perdesign based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade VG-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temperature, mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing with electronicoperated 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, transporting the hot mix from HMP to work at site by tippers and laying, spreading uniformly by means of hydrostatic paver finisher and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, complete all as per Clause 507 MORTH (5th Rev) specification and all as specified and as directed.Note :(i)Paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 for premix/tack coat and bitumen of Grade VG-30 for SDAC shall be used and procured by the contractor under his own arrangementand at his own cost. (ii) Cost of all the materials, T&P labour etc. required for preparation of surfaces, applying tack coat, providing and laying bituminous concrete including procurement of bitumen as specified here-in-before, stone aggregates & sand, cement etc., rolling and all other elements required for entire completion of the job shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.(iii) Computerized print out of data of bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant shall be provided to the GE by contractor. 4 M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying 2.0mm thick (as per IRC pattern) centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like upto 15 cm wide or over on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved quality and colourWhite/Golden/Yellow as approved by Eng-in-Charge,confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net of size as directed by Eng-in-Charge for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed 6 S&F in repair Convex mirror with polycarbonate body, 80cm dia, suitable for road turning, intersections, curves, T junctions,etc., with clear and definite mirror image having 130 degrees of viewing angle, fixed to MS pipe/wall or embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x300mm) type complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. 7 S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metalalloy body of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA striplensreflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge. 8 Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. all as specified and directed 9 S&F in repair metal tubular solar delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 4 Nos ultra bright LED lightsand mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of minimum 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel netof size as directed by Eng-in-Charge for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.
