out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking up or down GI steel tubing and connection including fittings cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed for the following repair/renewal of spare parts valve spindle, spindle nut, caps, gland rope, gland studs, rubber gasket during process of repairing & same fixed on existing line complete all as specified and as directed. 33 100 mmbore 34 80 mmbore 35 S & F in repairs of sluice valve 1.6PN size 100mm (4) dia suitable for existing main CI pipe line at Pump house complete all as specified and as directed. 36 M & L for Over-hauling of pump set (submersible pump set) coupled with 5HP three phase motor squirrel cage type by means of opening & replacing of impeller, bearings, bushes, gaskets, unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers including assembling, coupling with motor & testing complete at site complete all as specified and as directed. 37 M & L for Over-hauling of pump set (submersible pump set) bottom removing edges and another growths from wall / floor/ roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again cleaning the tank with fresh water, disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite) removing the existing letters/figures complete and writing date of cleaning, next due date of cleaning on black back ground complete all as specified and directed. 52 Cleaning of UG Sump of capacity 25,000 Glns (on accessible/ inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt , mud, any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of sump with wire brush and cleaning to be done by draining / pumping out water / sludge from bottom removing edges and another growths from wall / floor/ roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again cleaning the tank with fresh water, disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite), cleaning / removing the existing letters/figures complete and writing date of cleaning, next due date of cleaning on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed. 53 Cleaning of Over Head Sump of capacity cleaning to be done by draining / pumping out water / sludge from bottom removing edges and another growths from wall / floor/ roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again cleaning the tank with fresh water, disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite), cleaning / removing the existing letters/figures complete and writing date of cleaning, next due date of cleaning on black back ground complete all as specified and directed. 56 M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n. exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe. 290.Gde-E-165 for ladder and manhole (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under Structural Steel) complete all as specified and directed. 57 M & L for MS Plates (Fe 410-W Gde E 250 Quality ‘A’) (chequered) channels, square cut or notched or circular (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment all as specified and directed for opening or manhole with handle etc. complete all as specified and directed. 58 Preparation to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. 59 S & F 100mm AC vent pipe with AC Cowl are to be provided in sump and height of AC pipe shall be 1.2m from top of slab and the cowl to be protected with mosquito proof wire net and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. 60 M & L for preparation of old deteriorated plastered surfaces of walls including booming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed. 61 M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of slab of underground sump including brooming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement based
