Voltage: 1kV -110 kV2. Current: 1mA-100 mA.3. Main air pressure: 3.5 bar to 6.5 bar4. Powder carrier air pressure: 2.0 bar to 6.0 bar5. Powder hopper pressure: 0.5 bar to 4.0 bar 6. Powder feeding rate: 1 g/min to 100 g/min7. Fluidised powder feeder capacity: min. 1.0 litre Air pressure and powder volume must be controlled by digital valve controllerControl panel must show air pressure, powder feed rate, voltage, current and hopper pressureControl panel and powder hopper should be mounted on a suitable trolley Connecting hoses must have anti-static propertiesE-app for monitoring and programming the coating process is preferableComprehensive warranty : 2 yearsEquipment must be installed and demonstrated at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore at free of costOne day training must be provided at free of costJustification: This equipment is required to carry out the work proposed in the R&D/ Consultancy project entitled “Development of Epoxy and PEEK coatings on NdFeB magnets by electrostatic spray technique”
