Tender For Face Lifting Work For Trichy Region; 1 Process Details 2 Remove the front glass, disassemble the entire front structure, fix the angles, apply a gazette plate and weld it, prepare a new front cowl & bumper (Metal) or install a FRP cowl, apply aluminum beading and rubber glazing where necessary to attach the front glass, per bus. 3 Remove the rear glass, disassemble the entire rear structure, fix the angles, apply a gazette plate and weld it, apply wood, body plate, aluminum beading and rubber glazing where necessary, per bus. 4 Remove the entire front dash board & Driver partition, fix the angles and structures in it, apply a gazette plate and weld it, apply new mica, apply aluminum beading where necessary, per bus. 5 Remove the damaged engine bonnet, prepare a new bonnet & clamp and attach it, per bus. 6 Separate the front and rear side steps and fix the structure and weld them with gazette plates, install new boards, close them with plates, put handles and step edgebeading to complete the work. 7 Completely remove all the mudguards in the bus and fix the structure and angles and weld them with gazette plates, install new boards and put L beading on the joints. 8 Remove the driver seat assembly, fix the flooring boards in that place and reinstall them, completely fix the driver seat assembly, fix and replace the side curtain on the driver side, install a box to keep belongings and a stand to keep a water bottle. 9 Separate the GI sheets on both sides of the body, fix the arch angles and structures in the body and weld them with gazette plates, install aluminum beading using runner strips, wooden blocks and new GI sheets. 10 Remove the seat assembly and completely disassemble the flooring board, fix the channel and angle, weld the gazette plate at the required places, and replace the board with a new one. 11 Remove the seat assembly from the bus, install new mica on the back rests, fix the seat frames separately with legs, repair (stitch) the damaged cushion & backrest, then install all the repaired seat assemblies in the bus. 12 Remove the damaged top ceiling, replace the support angle with (9mm) plywood and ceiling mica and install aluminum beading on the bus. 13 Check the stability of all the center posts and IGR pipes and fix them, replace the required numbers with new ones, per bus. 14 Remove all the glass and frames on both sides of the bus and clean them completely, install the glass with velvet rubber, fix the window lock & handle, and install it in the bus. 15 Completely remove the GI Sheets on the roof of the bus, fix the top structure and install the board, then install a new GI Sheet, install Vangu beading, and attach the Roofing mat without Roof Leak. 16 If there is a Front & Rear Door, it will be completely fixed. 17 For buses without Front & Rear Door, a new door will be made. 18 Make a 1 x 1/2 x 1/2 foot tin box to keep the ticket books in the bus and make a 2 x 3/4 x 3/4 foot box to keep the tools under the pioneer seat. 19 To install mudguards on all mudguards, per bus. 20 To fix or replace the side rail pipe on both sides of the bus and fix the clamp, per bus. 21 To separate the water channel beading on both sides of the bus and fix the mudguard, per bus. 22 To fix the faulty electrical fitting (Head light, Top light -10nos, Indicators, Rear tail lamp, Route board light) and wiring work in the bus and replace it, per bus. 23 To install the front & rear digital route boards, to ensure that the installed digital route board is working, per bus. 24 To completely remove all the advertising stickers in the bus and clean the windows, to check the putty work on the bus, to do sanding work and apply primer, then to apply PU Paint to the outer body and completely paint the inner body & underchassis, per bus. 25 per bus to remove the unnecessary Top Luggage Carrier, TV Box, Inside Luggage Carrier, Left Side Carrier and Rear Ladder.
