Tender For Providing Installing And Removal Of Mandap And Other Necessary Arrangement For Artificial Pond On Hiring Basis For Navratri 2025 For Immersion Of Idols At Gorai Jetti, Borivali West In R/ Central Ward.- 1 Providing installaing and removal of Mandap and other necessary arragement for Artifical pond on hiring basis for navratri 2025 for immersion of idols at Gorai Jetti, Borivali West in R/ Central Ward. 2 Decorative Artificial pond of size 40 ft x 20ft x 6 ft, of M.S. Pipes/wooden frame with tarpouline with appropriate subbase & stairs for in/out with Dry Ice, Alum etc as required(on Hiring basis). 3 Dumper/transport vehicle for transportation of Ganesh Idol to nearby Natural immersion place after Withdrwal of Ganesh Murti from artificial pond including labours. (2 trips 5 days) 4 Providing water tanker of capacity 10000 ltr for pond filling. 5 Dewatering water from artificial pond after immerssion and disposing off water to safe distance including cost of machinery, labour, fuel, pipe and its accessories etc. complete. 6 Providing, installing Flex banner with proper name at various locations (As directed by Site Incharge) 7 Providing and installing Water proof DecorativeMandap with steps for duty officer, sitting arrangement, decorative new cloths/curtains, with electrical board, carpet etc.(on Hiring basis) 8 Providing and installing Table with new white cloth with decorative fall4FT X 2FT (on Hiring basis) 9 providing plastic chair (on Hiring basis) 10 Providing and installing Halogen/LED lights (on Hiring basis) 11 Public Addressing System with speakers, 2 wireless mike,music system,amplifer with skilled opertor as per the requirement of MCGM site incharge along with all electrical fittings (on Hiring basis) For First Day 12 Fans (on Hiring basis) 13 Decorative lights 14 SITC of CCTV cameras system on hire basis from 07.09.2024 to 18.09.2024 with required coverage & viewing monitor & all required accessories with proper fitting, 24x7 support staff and hand over backup in data storage devise to BMC as directed by Engineer Incharge during Ganapati Immerssion. 15 Table Cover (weekly) 16 Providing motar boat service on full day with licence boat oprator,fuel and supporting/rescue staff 17 Providingappropriate capacity fork liftfull day with licence boat oprator,fuel and supporting/rescue staff
