Round Plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness & 25 mm X 25mm X 3mm M.S. angle. Closing caps made from top quality FRP material which is of 2 mm thickness. The pins used are made up of Ø 25 mm bright bar. The bearing used is “6201zz” & “6205zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed make (FAG/SKF). High tensile steel with galvanized nut bolts are used for assembly. The serclips used for assembly is of Ø 25 mm. The Poly Urethane plastic bush is used for handling. The powder coat is done by Poly urethane & Epoxy powder with 60 to 70 micronthickness 27 Multifunctional Trainer:- 1300mm (L) x 700 mm (W) x 2100 mm (H)Metal :- All pipes make should be Tata or Jindal. All pipes should be of C class heavy grade as per IS2139 are galvanized and zinc dipped. Prior to finishing all welded joints should scalloped as necessary and welded to an approved MIG process is dressed of removing all sharp edges and burrs. All metal parts should be coated using primer for GI up to 40 microns follwed by powder coating to the thickness of 80-120 microns. Powder and Primer should be of Ackzonobel make.Pipe end close cap- SS 304 grade should be used for protection of pipe end closing.Instruction Sticker- Instruction sticker of size 150mm x 230mm of SS 304 grade plate with 0.8mm thickness & riveted on 5mm thick MS plate. Safety & Maintenance- All products of equipment should be tested as per EN16630 safety norms and ce certification must. Maintanance should be followed as per EN 16630 guidelines.
