Note :a) All Complaint will be handed over from Water Supply Complaint cell to Contractor Rep on daily basis at 9 AM to carried out necessary repair/ replacement on repair. The same complaint required to be completedon the same day and return the complaint slip duly signed by user. A penalty of Rs 500/- will be levied if Contractors rep failed to complete the complaint on the same day of receipt without valid reason.b) Supply of fitting as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
