All dismantled items shall be carefully removed and shifted to a locationoutside the chiller plant . The process must be carriedout with proper care to avoid any damage to reusable components, in compliance with relevant safety standards and site instructions. |

| 22 | Temporary Arrangement for Main Header Line Replacement – Chiller Plant RoomIn order to ensure uninterrupted operation of the chiller plant during the replacement of the main header line in the plant room, a temporary arrangement shall be made using the existing chiller, primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser pumps (motor-coupled), bellows, and necessary valves.If required, temporary piping connections and extended electrical wiring shall be provided to integrate the temporary arrangement and maintain continuous functionality of the chiller plant during the replacement work.Note: The primary objective is to carry out the maintenance activity with minimal shutdown of the chiller plant, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted plant operations. |
