Tender For 1 - Videography, Photography Led Wall Display Etc Work Throughout The Year (Except Mela) At Shri Sanwaliyaji Mandir Mandal; 1 Photography Work 2 Traditional Photography with equipment, operator, and other resources (photographs taken and soft copies made available in appropriate drives at own expense) 3 Candid Photography with equipment, operator, and other resources (photographs taken and soft copies made available in appropriate drives at own expense) 4 Color photographs including preparation and provision of 4 x 6 photographs 5 Album for 4 x 6 photographs with a capacity of 300 photographs 6 Videography Work 7 Traditional Videography with equipment, operator, and other resources (videography work performed and all data saved in appropriate/sufficient drives made available at own expense) 8 Cinematography with equipment, operator, and other resources (videography work performed and all data saved in appropriate/sufficient drives made available at own expense) 9 LED Wall Display Installation and Live Broadcasting 10 Live coverage of various events organized by the Mandir Mandal throughout the year on a P-4.8 quality LED wall display Broadcast work, which requires all necessary resources including cameras, cables, connectivity, etc., must be arranged by the facilitator. 11 Mapping work on a P-3 quality LED wall display at the back of the stage for various events organized by the temple board throughout the year, and live broadcasting as ordered, for which the facilitator must arrange all necessary resources. 12 Drone camera shooting and live broadcasting (including camera, operator, and other resources) 13 Drone flower shower work 14 Canvera albums of 50 sheets each 15 Video Editor & Title Maker for instant editing, social media content, press footage, etc. (with all equipment) Photo Editor & Designer for instant editing, social media content, press photos, etc. (with equipment) Social Media handler (with equipment) The above team will be deployed as needed during the main event. However, the temple will be required to prepare and provide a short reel of information about any upcoming event, free of charge.
