Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Repair and Overhauling Service 1. The scope of work under this Contract includes repair, maintenance, and servicing of various military vehicles held with the College of Defence Management (CDM), Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. The contract will also cover the supply and installation of genuine spare parts as mentioned in Bill of Quantity, as per requirement. 2. The contractor shall provide these services on an “as and when required” basis during the contract period of one year from the effective date of commencement. 3. The vehicles covered under this contract include ALS 7.5 Ton (Quantity 03), TATA 2.5 Ton (Quantity 02), Maruti Gypsy (Quantity 02), Swaraj Mazda Mini Bus (Quantity 01), Maruti Ciaz (Quantity 04), Tata Safari (Quantity 02) and Royal Enfield Motorcycle (Quantity 01). 4. The contractor shall ensure that trained technical personnel are deployed for each category of vehicle and that all work is carried out in a professional and time-bound manner. 5. Repairs will be undertaken at the premises of service provider. All servicing and repair work must include a sticker or label affixed to the vehicle after completion. The sticker should clearly mention the date of service or repair, the nature of the work carried out, and the warranty period for the parts replaced. 6. The spares and consumables when demanded will be provided by the Buyer, if available. If the Buyer is unable to provide these within 24 hours, service provider will provide such spares/ consumables and bill these to buyer. 7. The contractor is expected to maintain a consistent and reliable supply of manpower, tools, and spares throughout the duration of the contract. The rates for spares and service charges shall remain fixed for the entire contract period and shall be inclusive of GST. The contractor shall be responsible for the quality of spares used and shall ensure that all replaced parts are genuine and new. 8. All services rendered and spares supplied under the contract will be subject to inspection and acceptance by CDM. The contractor shall be required to submit itemized invoices supported by work orders and user certification for processing of payments. 9. The contractor must be empanelled with Headquarters Telangana & Andhra Sub Area and must operate a fully equipped service facility located within a 15 km radius of CDM. The contractor must possess prior experience in handling military vehicles and must demonstrate adequate technical capability and infrastructure for the same
