Mode of PaymentThe payment of items shall be regulated as below:Schedule of rates as per DSR 2023and Additional Miscellaneous Item No. (2) to (91) Rate of item as per schedule = XSchedule of rates as per DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous Item No. (2) to (86) without GST = X / 1.2127Rate to be considered for payment (without GST) = (X / 1.2127) x ((100 ± Quoted Percentage Rate) / 100)Note: i) The GST as applicable shall be payable on the work done value. ii) The awarded cost of the work shall be the estimated cost put to tender irrespective of the percentage rate quoted by the Contractor.iii) Rate to be considered for payment of Additional Miscellaneous Item No. (87) to (91) = Rate of item as per schedule= X
