Tender For Competitivee-Bidding For Supply Of Bagasse Baling, Shifting & Feeding Work For Season 2025-26 - The remaining bagasse from the boiler should be bundled using 16-gauge wire/plastic rope (to be brought by the contractor himself) using a 12x12x24 bagasse baling machine and stacked to a height of 15 knots over a distance of 50 meters.2. Form the bagasse as above and stack the bales to a height of 15 knots over a distance of 50 to 100 meters.3. Sifting and feeding of bagasse (At the start of the crushing season, feed new/old bagasse/wood as needed to maintain pressure in such a way that the boiler pressure is always maintained at 21 kg. If there is any remaining loose bagasse, shift it to the bagasse yard carrier and store it in such a way that the bagasse carrier does not get clogged and the bagasse does not return and can be easily fed if required. The contractor will be required to pay a copy of the bagasse shifting and feeding. Adequate labor and tractors will be required per shift.4. Steam trial before the start of the crushing season. Mill grinding and mill closure cleaning for the start of the crushing season. After the completion of the crushing season, the wood, knots, and loose bagasse stored in the bagasse yard will be lifted using tractors and laborers to carry out the process. The wood, knots, and loose bagasse stored in the bagasse yard will be dumped into the boiler, maintaining pressure until the work is completed. Loose bagasse will be back-fed through the RBC chain. A few days before the pressure is lifted, the bales stored in the bagasse yard will be collected near the boiler, for which no additional charge will be payable.5. Dry the wet bagasse spread in the bagasse yard by digging and turning it over with your own resources, and store the dry bagasse separately in the return bagasse carrier. Loose bagasse from the rock should not be mixed with it. This work will be done under the supervision of the boiler engineer.
