Tender For Purchase Of Suction Machine; 1. Technical Specifications of Suction Machine 8. Should have stainless steel body of SS 304 grade. 9. Low vacuum, low flow, oil free vacuum pump of maximum vacuum: 0 to 700 mmHg ± 10% and flow rate of at least 40 liter/min regulatable. 10. Should have ½ hp single phase, 1440 rpm ISI/ISO/BIS/IS: 996 mark motor. (Relevant certificate/document should be submitted in technical bid.) 11. Provided with flutter free vacuum control knob. 12. Collection bottle/Jar of wide mouth, light weight, polycarbonate unbreakable and transparent with plastic lid. 13. Capacity-2 liters or more 14. Qty-2 numbers 15. Bottle(s)/Jar have fitted with arrangement to prevent overflow of fluid. 16. Filter and overflow valve incorporated to prevent cross-contamination. 17. The pump should be incorporated with bacterial filter. 18. Tubing to patient to be minimum 2m long, non-collapsible type. 19. Should be easy to clean and disinfect. 20. Any necessary greasing/oiling to be simple, accessible and possible by normal clinical operator. And, should have manual setting. 21. Provision of mobility and portability should be available, wheel should be lockable. 22. Power Requirements- 230 V, 50 Hz, 2 ± 0.5 Amps. 23 . Tolerance (to variations, shutdowns) - Voltage corrector/stabilizer to allow operation at ± 30% of local rated voltage. 24. Protection- Electrical protection by resettable fuses over current breakers fitted in both live and neutral lines. 25. Power consumption-Should run with other life-saving equipment running parallel. 26. Noise (in dBA)-50 dB A3 (Relevant test report for quoted model from NABL accredited laboratory should be submitted in technical bid.) Accredited lab must have testing Noise(in dBA) in their scope. 27. Manufacturer should have ISO 13485:2016 certificate from IAF accredited certification body (International Accreditation Forum). 28. Manufacturer should have IEC 60601-1 from NABL LAB for quoted model. Accredited lab must have testing IEC60601-1 in their scope. (Relevant test report from NABL accredited laboratory should be submitted in technical bid.) 29. Accessories to be supplied with equipment: suction tube tips, two sets of moisture and microbial filters, Silicone tubes: 8mm ID x 2 meter (PVC). 30. Final technical approval after demonstration. 31. Company should have service network in Rajasthan. 32. The company should mention the make and model name/number of the quoted equipment and submit the technical brochure of the quoted model in the technical bid along with compliance sheet as per technical specifications. 33. User manual with trouble-shooting guidelines should be provided by supplier.
