Disconnection of supply and opening of all electrical connection from incoming and outgoing of starter’s panel and motor as required with all safety measures at site.

Dismantling of Back wash starter and shifting the same out site of back wash pump house with the help of manual labour as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supply of manually operated oil immersed stator rotor starter with OCB rating 100A sheet steel clad, Ratchet, Floor mounting type suitable for 60 HP slipring induction motor excluding transformer oil. Loading, unloading and shifting to safer side as per direction of engineer in charge. Also include digital metering system.Make: Capital/MEI/EE/ DJB Approved

Supply & installing following sizes of perforated painted with powder coating M.S cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5 % in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with MS suspenders including bolt & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required of 450 mm width X 50 mm depth & 2.0 mm thickness as per site requirement.

Providing and filling of transformer oil in the above said starters of capacity up to 15 ltr as required.Make: Savita/Power/DJB Approved

Providing and fixing of MS angle 50x50x6 mm and 35x35x5 mm stand for oil immersed stator rotor starter and grouting the same as per requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required.

Testing & Commissioning of the starter with relevant IS as follow:Check equipment specification continuity and earthing OCB mechanism and alignment Meggering of all equipment for Phase neutral to body neutral to earth and phase to earth. All function tests checking for all tightness of nuts-and-bolts alignments of doors etc.Interlocking tests.
