Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (1239.60x-19%-1004.07) 6 Excavation in foundation in odinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the 6 space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30Mfrom the foundation trenches. 7 Disposal of earth up to 8.00 Km from site including etc. all complete work. 8 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 38:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 9 Cast Cement concrete door sills, chaukhats, boundary posts shelves and similar small work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 excluding its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire, moulds, all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. 10 Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 11 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing). 1 spreading the concrete with shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc. (M-15) 12 RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.L.binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials, labour and tool & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. 13 M.S. (tor or plain)in plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire wastage including supply of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work 14 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
