Tender For Maintenance Of Generator And Associated Auxiliaries, Excitation System, Grp - Upkeep of various Panels of Generator and it auxiliaries including IP & SP Bus Ducts, & It’s pressurization blower units, Rectifier Transformer, PT Cubicles, CT&PT, Marshalling boxes and Electrical laboratory etc., as per scope of work of 3x210MW ATPS, Anpara 2 Round the clock checking/maintenance including its cleaning of H2 -gas, Seal Oil, Stator Water System of 3x210 MW generator of ATPS Anpara for one month . 3 Bus separation from generator of all the three phases/ three neutrals, cleaning of seal off bushings and HV testing of buses and other works in attending stator earth fault of generator & their box up, of 3x210MW ATPS, Anpara 4 Replacement of rubber expansion bellows of phase/ neutral side of generator terminal. 5 Overhauling of cooling fans of IP bus duct. 6 Work on SP Bus ducts of CW transformer/station transformer/ UAT. 7 Breakdown maintenance of Thyristor Cooling Fan/Excitation Transformer Cooling Fan. 8 Replacementof seal off bushingof phase/ neutral side of generator terminal. 9 Overhauling ofAC/DC seal oil pump/stator water pump as per scope of work 10 Cleaning/ Replacement offlexible Links of phase /neutral side of generator terminal as per scope of work 11 Overhauling of seal oil vapour fan and motor as per scope of work 12 Replacement of AC/DC seal oil pump/stator water pump as per scope of work 13 Testing of phase/ neutral side protection & metering CT of 15.75KV side and its connected circuit installed in Generator , 3x210 MW, ‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra), U.P., as per scope of work . 14 Testing of installed PT of ratio 15.75KV/110V and testing ofprotection & metering CT ofBoth UAT (6.6KV )and its connected circuit ofGenerator , 3x210 MW, ‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra), U.P., as per scope of work. 15 Removal and Remounting of Old CT with new upgraded CT of Generator, 3x210 MW, ‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra), U.P., as per scope of work. 16 Removal and Remounting of Old PT withnew upgradedPT ofGenerator, 3x210 MW, ‘A’TPS, Anpara (Sonebhadra), U.P., as per scope of work. 17 Attending leakage in clarified cooling line of stator water system. 18 Work on seal Oil/ Stator water cooler of 3x210 MW Units of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 19 Breakdown work of shifting of tube nest of cooler of stator water/ seal oil system by healthy tube nest of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 20 Breakdown works of De-coupling & coupling of stator water pump / seal oil vacuum / seal oil pump with motor, of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 21 Attending leakages from Generator gas cooler of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 22 Replacement of defective Generator hydrogen gas cooler of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 23 Replacement of Defective float valve of expansion tank of any unit of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 24 Replacement of Defective float valve of Seal oil tank of any unit of ‘A’TPS, Anpara as per scope of work. 25 Alignment of primary water/seal oil pump/Vaccum Pump with AC/DC Motor as per standard procedure. 26 Removal of H2 Gas from Generator as per scope of work. 27 Filling of H2 Gas from Generator as per scope of work. 28 Detecting of Hydrogen gas leakage with the help of soap solution and attending minor gas leakage from entire Generator system 29 Dummy load test of Generator Excitation system of 3x210MW Atps Anpara as per scope of work. 30 Execution of OCC Test of Generator” of 3x210 MW ‘A’TPS 31 Execution of SCC Test of Generator ” of 3x210 MW ‘A’TPS
