(ii) Lifts will be handed over to contractor as and on basis, contractor have to make functional all lifts as per CA provision, the contractor is advised to visit the respective lift site before quoting the rate. (iii)The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for supply/fixing of the spare parts in lift for any type of spare parts/rewinding of the motors/fans required other than the supply of the store in item No 10 to 37.Labour for fixing these items will be deemed to included in rate quoted per month and will not be paid separetly. |
| 10 | (iv) Lift mechanic should be present from 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs for attending complaints receiving through JE, lift incharge in IRDE.(v) LED lights to be replaced as and when required at site. Rate for Lampswill be deemed to included in rate quoted per month and will not be paid separetly. (vi) General cleaning/servicing to be done on routine basis. (vi) The testing of lift with 110% load shall be conducted in the presence of JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge as and when asked.The arrangement for testing, load for testing and instrument required shall be arranged by contractor, which has been deemed to be included in rates quoted per month by the contractor. (vii) Repair/maint of lift room as well as cleaning of lift well if required alongwith checking of serviceability of 5/15 A power socket & LED light fittings etc at every floor level in the hoist way.Check the servicieability of 3 Phase supply & earthing from machine room to all equipments shall to be deemed included in quoted rates.Note for 1to 9:- (i) Contractor need toliaise with lift OEM and visit lift sites with OEM company authorised representative to check the complete lift machine roomto identify the performance of lift, comprehensive safety inspection including load testing, emergency stop functionality and other critical safety checks.(ii) After Joint visit , If any repair maintenancerequired in the lift or any spare part then contractor should do the repair maintenance of the lift through OEM supplied part only in complete prospective and specification. (ii) After necessary Checking by OEM, contractor must produce the MoU with lift OEM for eleven month comprehensive maintenance of parts that are available with OEMand submit the ink sign copy to the Engr-in-charge within 30 days of acceptance of tender.(iv) Safety parameter and smooth functioning of lift should be checked by the lift OEM as per MoU at the beginning of tender & consolidated report to besubmitted to Engr-in-charge. (v) During joint inspection, if any suggestion or specificmaintenance related point is suggested by OEM for enhanced lift operation to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge by contractor. |
