| 2 | M & L for Repairs to pot holes depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc, cutting around edges atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), putting in premixbituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings)complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 6 | M & L for bituminious premix SDAC (Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete) 40mm consolidated thickness using paving Bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, spread, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and roller complete complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : The contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following elements (i) The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work. (ii) SDAC shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents at 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 50.00 per kilogram of binder but variation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contractor shall qoute. |
