| 4 | Comprehensive maintenance including renewal/replacement of defective parts of electrically operated 1x1=1 lift with manufacturing year 2008(OTIS make) of 09 passengers or (safe working load) 612 Kg capacity with selective controls catering for five floors including ground floor, installed at SATCOM building DEAL Dehradun complete all as specified and directed including any other spare parts required other than mentioned under Ser item 6 to 18, 20 to 31, 33 & 34 below shall to be deemed included in quoted rates complete, all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Note for 1to 4:- (i) Contractor need toliaise with lift OEM and visit lift sites with OEM company authorised representative to check the complete lift machine roomto identify the performance of lift, comprehensive safety inspection including load testing, emergency stop functionality and other critical safety checks.(ii) After Joint visit , If any repair maintenancerequired in the lift or any spare part then contractor should do the repair maintenance of the lift through OEM supplied part only in complete prospective and specification. (ii) After necessary Checking by OEM, contractor must produce the MoU with lift OEM for eleven month comprehensive maintenance of parts that are available with OEMand submit the ink sign copy to the Engr-in-charge within 30 days of acceptance of tender.(iv) Safety parameter and smooth functioning of lift should be checked by the lift OEM as per MoU at the beginning of tender & consolidated report to besubmitted to Engr-in-charge. (v) During joint inspection, if any suggestion or specificmaintenance related point is suggested by OEM for enhanced lift operation to be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge by contractor. |
