| 1 | Providing International Hangers Hard Pressed extruded aluminum structure make ofRoder / Loser berger or IIT certified Indian hanger of Fab India/ G.S Oberoi or equivalent in the form similar to air craft hanger covered with high gloss PVC flame retardantsheet according to DIN 4102 B-1, M-2, BS 5438/7837: USA NFPA 701 or equivalent with hot dripped galvanized steel connections to DIN 50976 or equivalent and applied weight should be strong to sustain the high speed wind pressure, centre height 20 feet to 40 feet with various span from 20M to 50M. as per requirement with a provision of front andback covered with same material complete with aluminum glass entry & exit doors ofsize 5.00M wide or above and sufficient numbers including general lighting as per thedirection of Engg.-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair) and the cost of cloth false ceiling will be paid extra with Aluminum Structure.a) Span of 10Mtr to 50 Mtr |
| 2 | Providing false wooden flooring of 4” to 6” ht or as per site requirement from ground level and made with 19mm thick hard board and bed supported with providing 2”x2” wooden battens in properly leveled having no undulation, create no sound on using and joints should be in required level complete as per the direction of Engg-in-charge (on hire basis for duration of fair).a) Using good condition used board on top of floor. |
| 3 | P/F 12 mm commercial ply wood of approved make preferably ISI make with nails/screws on existing wooden platform of hanger etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer In charge (On hire basis) |
| 4 | Covering the side walls around the hangers at various places at Pragati Maidan with bamboos & white cloth Fabric stitching and fixing properly as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. ( All on hire basis) |
| 5 | Hire charges of JCB Machine with operator for excavation, removing the tree routes etc including the leveling the surface for erection of hanger etc complete as per the direction of engineer-in charge |
| 6 | Hirecharges for providingair-conditioning facility in varioushangers at different locationsin Bharat Mandapam complex during the eventby using air-cooled package/Chiller unit/split air-conditioning units of suitable capacity ,fire retardant fabric ducts and electrical connection from nearest source of power up to 30mtrsalong with connecting refrigerant piping from outdoor to indoor units, gas charging, internal electrical connections complete with installations testing & commissioning of the units in allrespects and maintenance of the equipments during theevent. |
| 7 | Hire charges for providing electrical power connections of various connected rating with suitable size of aluminum/copper 3 ½ /4 core armouredcablesand earth wire controlled with suitable capacityswitch geari/c end terminationlaying of cable on floor/trench/carpetand tapping with power supply from permanent DB of CPWD /ITPO in various hangers/halls i/c connection inter connection and maintenance during theevent. (the cables & other wiring needs to be put under the wooden ramp/rubber covering mat etc as required as per the direction of engineer in charge). |
| 8 | Hire charges for providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 60-80 watt LED fitting mps to be mounted on wall/board/trees/existing street light poles etc. complete with connection, interconnections,sub main and copper circuit wiring and with suitable capacity switch gear etc. including their maintenance during the fair periodat various exhibition. |
| 9 | Providing pagoda structure made up of aluminum structure covered with water proofing and fire retardent sheet like Shri Ram Fabric and should be strong to sustain the high speedwind pressure , centre height 10ft to 12ft with spanof from 5 or 6mtrs . All three cover with SRF sheet & as per direction of Engg- in - Charge including wooden flooringas per site requirment ( on hire basis for duration of the fair .) |
| 10 | Providing portable Executive toilet van (Male i/c 4 nos. urinals + Female) with all toileteries, care takers, Housekeeping , Suction , filling of waterincluding transportation cost as per direction of Engg- in - Charge . (3No X 6 days = 18Nos) |
