Bidder has to Quote their total charges/profit (in %) in coloumn K which should not be less than 5% of minimum wages,If the bidder quotes less than 5% of minimum wages under colum-K [Total Charges/Profit (Overheads) in %] for any item, the bid shall be treated as \"Non responsive\" and will be leable for rejection.
